How can I return the CPAP Machine after my trial? 

You can choose to have your CPAP Machine and Mask returned in-store or shipped to our facilities.

Is shipping free for CPAP Trial?

Yes there is free express shipping to anywhere in Australia. You can also pick up your CPAP trial at any store via click and collect

How do I setup the device?

All instructions on how to setup the device are sent to you over email, or text. Along with this, there are easy and simple setup guides provided with the device.

What happens after the trial?

After the trial period is completed, a sleep coach will reach out to you from ResMed to discuss the therapy options you have available. If you choose not to continue using CPAP therapy, the device and mask will be returned to ResMed. If any damage is done to the machine whilst in your care you will be liable to pay for that damage.
