"Machine OK , fits the requirement. Disappointed tube does not swivel at machine input area. Cannot roll tube neatly to store unless detached. Also missing handle to lift unit and a blank end so can use the machine without water. Very useful function when in hospital."

"Really disappointed with this new model, shollow water tray and inferior compèred to previous model, no rotation on tub, they only good thing it tooks better, I prefer older model and regret purchasing this latest model, remed a step backwards"

"I don't like that I'm being monitored externally, but flight mode has fixed that at least until it restarts and uploads my data. It doesn't light up like the old S8 so it makes it hard to change the water in the dark. I put Vicks Vaporizer in mine and it's near impossible on this model, especially in the dark, again unlike the S8 which had a simple port at the top of the tank. It's bright white appearance makes it look like a medical device, whereas the S8 was less embarrassing when trades people visit. Apart from that it works well and that's it's purpose so I give it two stars because it used to be better, better designed, better quality material, the older model was far more thought-out by someone that clealry used them."

"Machine is good. Bit of difficulty with mask so few visits to try sort out issue. Little bit disappointed that advice was given after much prompting and in end solved my dry eye problem myself by taking piece out trial mask and inserting it into my purchased mask. Some staff more helpful than others"
