"I had to purchase an AirSense 11 while travelling overseas because my AirSense 10 was lost. When the new machine was delivered to my hotel in the original packaging, the travel bag handle was already broken but I had no time to replace it until I returned home. In my opinion the new bags are of poor quality. ResMed seems to have embraced the process of enshittification."
