"Just letting you know that I have a sore on my nose after wearing the mask and I went today to the showroom and the lady told me that I was wearing it too tight and she set it for me and told me not to wear it till the wound heals."
Very disappointed. Plastic rim that
"Very disappointed. Plastic rim that holds F 20 mask cushion piece onto mask holder is extremely loose and very easy to disengage. When I move in bed the binding section keeps separating very easily. Which means I have to very tightly fit the mask straps to my head. There is a constant battle to keep to keep the two pieces connected and causes me disturbed sleep as I must wake to re-engage the cushion to the mask. Poorly manufactured"

"Not happy with the mask. Not giving me a good night’s sleep as my usual mask. I have had to remove it half through the night on three occasions because of discomfort. The masks should be interchangeable between machines. NOT HAPPY with the cost versus the outcome."

"The mask works fairly well and when in place has improved my sleep - which was the plan. That said, parts of the mask regularly separate which is less than ideal. Wondering if this is normal or I have a faulty product."

"The full-face mask is easier to use than the under-nose option. It feels more natural, particularly if you have nasal congestion or breathe through your mouth."
The mask is an improvement
"The mask is an improvement to past models , but still has basic deficiencies , eg band width of straps is still too narrow , causing some skin irritation in neck area (rear). Similarly , adhesion pads are also too thin (narrow) , and lack durability , especially if exposed to sweat. The new mask material is still too weak , and seal failure is still a problem if disturbed during the night. I currently have 6 of the old model , that are reinforced with super glue at the join , as well as 4 of the new ones , which I intend to also glue for longer use. New seal effectiveness is still questionable, as seal deteriorates over time. But praise the development to provide customers with a better night's sleep, though questioning cost of some items.
