"Affter two weeks I still have not used it because Resmed will not be honest about how they access the data remotely from the device. I find the avoidance both disturbing and enlightening, enlightening in that if it was nothing to be concerned about they would say so, but they continue to avoid answering. Securities commission will be my next call if Resmed do not act honestly and responsibly."

Yesterday was very disappointed and annoying

"I’m still struggling finding my full face mask and since I got the trial one 14 September (purple one small size for her). I come 10 September and before and before. Was many time. But the last time 14 September and The guy in the store was very good. He said I can exchange the product if it doesn’t fit. But I prefer try the trial one before open the sealed one. Then he gave me the trial one too. Then at home I can’t wear it at all. Only try one hour and that was 2 times, and leakage all the way I couldn’t sleep at all so I decided I won’t use that mask. October 5 or 6, I called and I told them about this. And you can see the record that I never use the full face mask purple for her one. I have no time to return until yesterday 13 October. And the girl rejected the product that is still sealed. She said I got this product 10 September. And she said that she doesn’t need to explain about policy 30 days because it’s already in email. But I have plan to exchange the product that is still sealed. Thats the deal when I got this product September 14. She refused that. I was disappointed why this girl isn’t follow the progress and the team deal 14 September. And she forced me to accept that I come 10 September for this sealed product and already more than 4 days. Why she forced me to receive the mask that I’m still struggling and doesn’t fit me? Why she doesn’t match with the guy 14 September? Why she said that the last time I come was 10 September? Why is that? I was very happy with resmed until yesterday I am sooooooo disappointed. Please fix this. The full face mask purple small size (for her one), need to be exchanged and still in sealed. Thanks."

Really easy to use, silent,

"Really easy to use, silent, I just think the water tank design is not practical. It should have a lid on top or so, instead of opening from the middle. It's hard to keep the water in and there're always leaks when you open it to pour more water. Definitely can improve. Other than that, great machine."

"I discussed going overseas for 2 months and no one told me you can't change time zones. Data useless because it the time zone in Europe and resets halfway through the night. I thought a company who can't allow for time zone changes may not have a machine that is effective."

Resmed New Airsense 11

"I bought a similar one last month for my YK home. Was straight forward and no setting up issue with pressure set at 4. 0 and suto switch off. This one I got for sydney here have issue with the pressure and have to reset n the water container seems loose n leakage occur . Pls advise is it defective as compared to the same one sent to uk is a bliss with no issue all set up ready to use"

Is there an AirSense 11 for her?

We have incorporated within the AirSense 11 device, the Autoset for Her algorithm. 

How to increase air pressure on the ResMed AirSense 11?

To change the pressure settings on the AirSense 11, contact our sleep coach for support. Please refer to the user guide or our Knowledge Hub for information on changing pressures. Note that we do not recommend changing this pressure as it is adjusted to your breathing algorithm. 

How to turn off my ResMed AirSense 11?

To turn on and off your AirSense 11, simply touch the start/stop button located on the top of the machine. For more information on how to turn on/off your AirSense 11 refer to our Knowledge Hub.

How to factory reset ResMed AirSense 11?

We do not recommend factory resetting your device. If you need help adjusting your CPAP machine settings, it's best to reach out to your doctor or provider.  Please refer to the clinical guide or our Knowledge Hub on how to reset the device.

Can I use my ResMed AirSense 11 without water?

There are two ways to use the AirSense 11 without water:  

Humidifier tub option:   

  1. Insert an empty tub into your CPAP machine. 
  2. Turn off humidification in the "My Options" settings. 

  

Side cover option:  

  1. Insert the side cover instead of the humidifier to disable humidification. 

How to factory rest the ResMed AirSense 11?

You can reset the ResMed AirSense 10 to its default factory settings by following these simple steps: 

1. From the Clinical Home screen, press” Settings”. 

2. Move down the menu to find “Configuration” options. 

3. Tap “Restore Default”. 

4. Tap “OK “to confirm or “CANCEL“ to return to the previous screen. 

  

We do not recommend to factory reset your AirSense 11 as it will delete all your CPAP therapy history. Contact our Customer Service Team for assistance with your machine.
