The new one tilts towards the back and leaks water and it’s not even reaching the maximum level that can be placed in it. A minor thing but frustrating. Other than that it’s an efficient model"

The pillows 'puff' as pressure increases, gently holding them in place on the face and creating a great seal; several times now I've honestly not even been able to feel it on my face, the seal is that secure yet comfortable. Straps stay secure- no more waking up to re-strap and getting them tangled in my hair! Excellent product."
