I must say the customer service was top-notch. The sales lady called Karen was excellent. I could not have asked for better service. She explained everything showed me how to use the machine and the deal I got was the best deal. "I purchased this for long haul flights and use whilst overseas. It's been absolutely perfect and I've had the ability to adjust the pressure myself thanks to the app. So happy with it and highly recommend if you are traveling! I also purchased a Medistrom Battery which meant I didn't have to ask for a seat with power connection (which was in front to the toilets) so it meant I had a lot more flexibility with with seat location. This device and battery means absolute freedom while traveling. It's also compact and the carry bag while keeping it safe and protected, only takes up half of one side of my carry on. Best possible purchase for my travel! Highly recommend!"
