Great Mask Dreadful customer service
"RESMED have great masks but dreadful customer "service". You can not even directly call their retail stores . They have an Australia wide phone number which ques your call and then an operator (who can barely speak english) answers after about 15 mins and transfers your call to the store if the store does not answer after a few rings the call hangs up and you begin the process again. Absolute disgrace for service. Online they offer instore pickup for stock they do not have. Staff at the store confirm that item is ready for pickup and when you drive there they do not have it. Staff at Brighton in SA indifferent to owning the mistake and are quite dismissive. Spend your money elsewhere and avoid a very frustrating experience."

"Mask is ok, with smaller imprint on face. Mask holder and strap resulted in pain and a red sore on nose bridge which after 3 nights use. Air venting through hose attachment made a lot of noise. Went back to using Mirage FX."
