"I was recommended this item by a sleep specialist. I couldn’t find any size guides so chose medium for my partner to be safe. Unfortunately it slips off and does not- in any way, shape or form - hold his chin up and mouth closed, so he continues to snore. I had great faith, but was very disappointed."
