"Complete and utter rip off. Wouldn't sell me the filter I needed, have to buy the whole connector to replace a filter. What a fucking joke. The "free" cleaning was an external wipe over, not an actual cleaning of the machine. I'll be telling anyone looking at cpap to stay well clear of any resmed products because they are a complete and utter rip off."
