"Very poor design head strap there is no adjustment on the head strip the reason this is an issue is that standard size head strap is too large cannot be adjusted from the head strip small head strap is slightly too small no adjustment on head strap this would be a marked improvement if adjustment on head strap was available on this unit simile to other head strips at ResMed have this is second head strap I have purchased and the second review have suggested ResMed contact me on 0408281613 or further discussion to date have not had any contact it appears reviews don't mean anything to ResMed"

"The standard headgear was significantly too large for me. I really think the small fit should be a standard option that can be selected, just like the mask can be selected when purchasing. No one wants to be forced to purchase something that doesn’t fit if only the standard headgear comes with the mask."

"I love this mask because it’s lightweight and it doesn’t cover the full face like F20. The only negative for me is the padding material for the the side frame is getting very loose and also I had to change my headgear already after 5 months using because the velcro keeps coming off which make the mask leaks. Other than that I enjoy using this mask."
