Resmed misleading customers, refuse to fix issue
"Before ordering this item, make sure you look up exactly which masks they work with - there's a list printed on the box, but Resmed refuse to provide this information on their website. It just says "works with Resmed nasal masks", but it means "works with a specific selection of Resmed nasal masks, but not all of the ones we sell". Eventually organised a refund, but had to jump through a lot of hoops as "it was against their returns policy", even though they readily admitted their sales page was deliberately misleading. Still made me pay the postage both ways, despite admitting it was their fault. STILL don't provide the vital information about which masks are supported on this page. Absolutely terrible service."

"I. Found it difficult to order on line. I asked for liners for full face mask and was sent tiny liners a fraction of the size I needed. I have not been able to use my apparatus for a few weeks and also the high cost of the useless liners is a concern."
