"Dodow is not of any use. Can barely distinguish the movement of the light at any setting. And it’s blue light, why would blue light at bed time be a good thing. Surely it should be red light?"

Natural, simple, effective device
"The Dodow appealed to me because it is a natural remedy. I have used herbal preparations for years with varying success to help me go to sleep. The first night with the Dodow wasn’t good but I expected it to take some practice. I have now been using it for a week and it has definitely helped me go to sleep more quickly and easily. I did keep all the packaging in case I needed to return it but I will be keeping the product. Early morning after a bathroom visit has not been so successful for me presumably because I am then not as tired as at night but overall I am pleased with the progress. It is small enough to travel with as well."
Not as good as I hoped
"This sweet little thing looks promising and is relatively easy to operate. Unfortunately the lowest brightness is still way too bright for me. The breathing cycle seems quite odd with a very short dark time in which you are instructed to switch from inhaling to exhaling. Also the initial breath cycle is rather short which makes it very difficult to get in sync with. It seems faulty to me as there is no way to adjust it further. Such a great idea but disappointing in reality ..unless mine is a dud."

"Promising , but the cycle is around 12/minute. I thought I read that is around 6/minute. Just seems to be too frenetic to be yoga like. Is it adjustable? David"
