"On a road trip around the US, I needed a 12V power supply form my CPAP. It has worked well. The only limitation is that the adaptor drains the car battery over 2 nights without a recharge. The 3rd night requires that I hookup to a mains electrical supply. That has restricted me a bit, but booking into RV parks every 3rd night works around this."
