"picked UP MY air SENSE 11 PACKAGE from Brisbane City store - To date I have received no sleep coach support whatever. They promised me the world and gave me zero. I cannot keep the mask and tubing on for more than 2 hours. I purchased a chin strap separately, but nothing works. I cannot get to sleep with it on and when I do my mouth seems to open in the corner and the machine goes ballistic. It is a very uncomfortable product and with zero support, they promised me a sleep coach would keep in touch and make sure everything is working as it should but "ResMed" has failed me absolutely. I cannot recommend their products to anyone."
