"It digs into my face. If I loosen it it doesn’t work. Also slips off my head. It gave me a sore on my chin originally, but after using bandaids it cleared up. I’m preservering ,as staff said eventually it will train your mouth not to open ."

Inexpensive but effective
"I didn’t have any trouble getting used to wearing this chinstrap. I had developed a habit of opening my mouth during sleep which dried out my mouth and disturbed my wife’s sleep. I gave this strap a go and it worked very well for me. I didn’t have any pressure pains on my head but did find the strap over the head could slide over my hair and out of position under my mask straps. Maybe a redesign with a higher and lower strap system would be an improvement? It still worked effectively though."
