Annoying and incompetent process.
"I’m so annoyed with Resmed processing of my online purchase. I called them to tell them that my purchase is missing 2x Bonus cushion as per advertise on the website at the time with 20% off, instead they want to keep on wasting more of my time. I have to go home and get the photo of what was delivered just to prove it to them that it’s Resmed incompetent. It’s like calling me a layer when you didn’t include what was missing. They should do it right the first time so I don’t have to chase them up for missing items."

"I bought this for my Dad as he was having issues with his headgear strap and full face mask. Strap was worn and not tightening enough and the mask wasn’t sealing properly so he wasn’t getting good sleep and bad pressure. Bought this while there was a deal to buy the Resmed AirTouch™ F20 Full Face Mask and get 2 free full face masks. He is very happy with it as these are of a better quality than his previous ones"
