"Machine is excellent. Mt Barker staff seemed disinterested and unmotivated. Could crack even a smile. Additionally, I had a total of 10 interactions with Resmed in person and by phone, and spoke with 8 different people. You really need to look at your business model from a customer perspective"
I'm still getting use to
"I'm still getting use to the machine. A few concerning issues; irritation of nasal mask being small (F20i large size); air pressure is too high (automatic adjustment noticeably absence); feeling bloated, etc . . I purchased a large full face mask hoping to fix my nasal issue but it only worsen it with swallowing more air. Try to change the machine air pressure but can't due to vague instructions how to do it. Hopefully, I'll will eventually sort these issues out before drastic decision occur. Regards"

"My doctors have remarked on the severity of my obstructive sleep apnea as revealed by at home testing. After trialling different masks, I found a simple nasal mask more comfortable than full face. Improvement in my readings was immediate! Also, evident improvement in other health aspects - like blood pressure."
Hypoallergenic filters are much better
"I used both the regular and hypoallergenic filters, and the hypoallergenic one definitely filters more particles out. Who wants to be breathing in dust all night?"
