"The S10 woke me up around 3am nearly every morning and lt gave sick feeling and restricted breathing So l got my Remed Mini fixed lts a lot better l bought it approx 1 year ago"

Confusing to see a different
"Confusing to see a different person each week who doesn’t listen to your concerns, then tells you the opposite to the person from the previous week. And they are obviously not clinicians who are trained to interact with people as individuals, but merely salespeople who are anxious to promote the product, even if they are somewhat technically trained. Also a total lack of available objective information- I was told to look at the website, which has mostly advertising content. I had to ask for information on how to clean the unit and the tubing, even then the information provided was contradictory. Overall - could do better!"

Not enough support.
"Machine is good but suction needs increasing because it regularly detaches from my face. I’ve tried to have someone contact me and increase the pressure but they don’t get back to you. I’m only on the trial package though."
