I had to chase up
"I had to chase up my delivery which was responded to promptly with enough information for me to find out where my order had been delivered. It turned out that it was sent to the post office for my residential suburb and not Post office of the shipping address in the order being my PO Box for the post office of my business address. A bit frustrating but worked out in the end."

"This was a largely negative process. I had a pillow mask on my Air Mini for some time, but it had become less effective due to a looseness that the headgear and pillow had developed. so, I bought a new headgear and a different pillow. However, when I received the pillow, it didn't fit the connection to the machine. After several days of the apparatus not being able to be used, I made an appointment at the Surry Hills store in Sydney. What transpired was that the new mask was for an entirely different set up. The P10 mask and the N30 connection were not compatible. Why? The expected simple removal of one pillow and the replacement with another (hopefully more effective) pillow was impossible. My long discussion with the very understanding staff in Surry Hills was ultimately resolved when a used 'spare parts' connection was provided to me. Otherwise, I would have had to pay $80 for a connection which should be 'universal. ' I'm not talking about changing to a full-face mask. I'm talking about a pillow swap which, from an engineering point of view should be straight-forward. The 2-star rating is about the whole process including time taken and the knowledge that this seemingly simple swap is in fact impossible to achieve. It does not include the effort that the staff made to solve this issue."
