Unexptected Issue
"I bought this recently as the dog did what dogs to to my old one. I'm visually impaired and while I read the descrioption carely and was very surprised when it arrived to find it didn't have a strap - this may have been obvious in the photo but not by reading. I needed it asap so I've had to make my own which isn't great as I could send it back and wait for a second order of the produce I possibly should have ordered to arrive. So, not particularly happy with the description, quite a major element I would have thought - please have a think about accessibility of your web store."

"Item no problem but the staff was rude, yes I arrived at the opening time of 9am and was told to wait for 20min so she can set up the store which I would not have a problem with normally but she was just rude about it. She sounded like I was inconsiderate arriving at 9am. As I waited away from the store I watched as she ate her donut which made things worse. The next problem is these items are so over priced for what they are. Crazy"
