UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
"Bought an AirFit N30i Starter Pack almost $200, cant use as it is smaller than the loan one I had. It appears Resmed had changed design slightly but it meant my mask/strap were to small. Bought from a Resmed outlet Clinic but no offer of swap or exchange. This item is still in pack unused and for a pensioner this is not fair!! Very unhappy."

"Absolutely overpriced and you should be ashamed of these costs"

RESMED AIRFIT N30 REVIEW
"On noticing the swivel end of my N30 frame had water in it, I went to my Newcastle ResMed store where I was told it was worn out and advised to purchase a new one, which I did. On washing the new one the next morning, the swivel end appeared to have a similar amount of water in it. The questions I ask are as follows - 1. Is the new one faulty? 2. Is it unhealthy to have water in the Swivel end as it doesn't appear to dry out? 3. Did I really need to purchase a new one? Looking forward to your reply. Roger Milligan"
