"This mask has an issue with the design of the attachment hook for the head gear as it is too rigid. I snapped one within a couple of days of purchase whereas the earlier version I had used for several years without an issue. After the new broke within I few days I need to be very careful when detaching the head gear"
poor design of headframe plastic fitting
"Same issue as reported by others: Airfit N20 frame broke at top strap fitting when removing straps for cleaning. The plastic is very thin at this point and could be easily redesigned. But then $75 to replace the piece of plastic must make that built in weakness more appealing to the accountants. Shame. Poor show Resmed."
Delivery not received
"We were in Adelaide from 31 January until 23 February because my wife had major spinal surgery at Memorial hospital in North Adelaide. The fitting on my CP Mini broke on the first night. I went to the Brighton CPAP clinic on 1 February and they ordered a new piece to be delivered to our apartment at the Old Lion in North Adelaide. They said we should have it within days. When we were leaving for the airport on the 23 February, I phoned Brighton to see where the piece was and they said it was still in transit. They wanted to charge me even though I had not received it. They had given me a second hand piece which they demanded I deliver back to Brighton. I had no car, my wife was in serious pain and i was leaving for the airport for our return flight to Brisbane. We argued and the woman at Brighton angrily refunded the payment. Overall the service was attrocious and left a bad taste."

"From memory I am on my third one. The forehead restraining clip breaks too easily. While I have had some success at repairing one and building in some strength, the other side clip then broke. When this one fails (and it will) I will be switching to another type of mask, hopefully with a much stronger frame."
Bit expensive for the size
"Bit expensive for the size of the product. Does it's job but is being discontinued."
