Resumed airfit F30i
"I was very happy to receive a replacement for my face mask under warranty. Previously I was not so lucky as my face mask only lasted 5 months. When I arrived to enquire about a replacement I was informed it would be a charge of $89. 00 as it was out of warranty. I returned home and used my previous mask for the following month until the new one arrived. My new one didn’t last for three months. I would like to ask if the quality of your masks has dropped. This has happened two times in a row now, and previously I have had no issues. I would appreciate a response."
