Very disappointed. Plastic rim that
"Very disappointed. Plastic rim that holds F 20 mask cushion piece onto mask holder is extremely loose and very easy to disengage. When I move in bed the binding section keeps separating very easily. Which means I have to very tightly fit the mask straps to my head. There is a constant battle to keep to keep the two pieces connected and causes me disturbed sleep as I must wake to re-engage the cushion to the mask. Poorly manufactured"

"Although the mask appears similar to my original, the slight difference in shape and function has resulted in an uncomfortable fit particularly regarding pressure on my nose which makes breathing difficult at times."

"I have been using the mask for about two years. It is the only mask that has prevented leaks. However, over the last moths it has caused a problem with the top of my nose. The area has become very sore as I do have to wear the mask quite tightly."

"The mask itself is ok. But the straps are a very poor design, with the velcros not holding in place. And the elbow is very difficult to clean, with the sponge inside becoming mouldy very easily and quickly. Overall a just ok/ poor design device."
