The Resmed AirSense™ 11 CPAP End Cap part is designed to replace the HumidAir™ 11 tub, giving you the option to experience CPAP therapy without humidification. Once the CPAP machine part is inserted into your device, it disables the humidifier settings, so you can enjoy the full benefits of your CPAP machine without added humidity.

So it saves me cleaning it, and using loads of distilled water (which isn't cheap, and adds up!). Would recommend."
