Not good enough
"I have used this chin strap for many years and have watched it's decline in quality with less material and velcro that doesn't last. I purchased this product on 5 June and the velcro has failed the last two nights. I would appreciate it if a replacement chin strap can be organised as this one is not fit for purpose. Thank you."

"I find the Resmed Chin Strap to be comfortable been new, compared to my old Resmed Chin Strap. It would nice if the strap is similar to the Resmed N20 face mask. It would make it easier to strap on."

Strap design needs a review
"It's good, but when it's right enough to support my chin properly, it is unfortunately at a bad position at the top of my ears and does rub/is uncomfortable. I need to find a soft material solution to wrap over the strap. Tissues last night helped but was quite lumpy."

"It digs into my face. If I loosen it it doesn’t work. Also slips off my head. It gave me a sore on my chin originally, but after using bandaids it cleared up. I’m preservering ,as staff said eventually it will train your mouth not to open ."

"Sorry, it isn't working for me. Unless I have it really tight which gives me a headache, which isn't good. It's pretty useless. Sorry"
