"The obvious target for this pillow is the lack of pressure put on your arm you would sleep on, but what surprised me the most is the J shaped body pillow that comes with the angle base, the quality is amazing and you will sink right into it."
No stock eventualy canceled time wasted
"Seemed like it was in stock when we paid ($350. 00) on 10th Feb 26. Only after inquiring did I receive this email when it failed to arrive. We sincerely apologize for the long wait in receiving your order. We expect the pillows to be back in our inventory by next Tuesday, 31 March 2026! So I wait! At the end of March, we chased it again. Email #2 We apologize again for the delay, our warehouse team had just updated the back order list & we found that the pillow you ordered are still in the list, with new expected date to be restocked on 28 Apr 2026. Over three months waiting, could have bought it locally 3 months ago, but disappointed with ResMeds failure to communicate that they didn't have it"

"I would like to warn others before you buy this be prepared to never want to get out of bed again. I’m 24 hours into my love affair with this pillow and cloud 9 is an understatement. I was so wary and expected the worst yet it’s exceeded the best of my hopes. I felt $350 was pretty expensive and I really tossed it around for a couple of weeks before finally buying and hoping the money back guarantee was honoured. I don’t need a return. I’m seriously considering another one just in case they stop making them. I’m a real person. I live in Coolum Beach. I didn’t get asked for this review. I just genuinely love this pillow and haven’t slept through the night in years due to shoulder pain. I’m still on a high from being woken by the alarm this morning. Now I’m curled up again in the nook of the body pillow wondering how I ever survived without it. Amazing. Love it."
Wedge is too short
"Quality appears good and it does hold shoulder up, however, the wedge is too short meaning you are lying on your side angled up from your hips. This places pressure on the lower back and it causes me too much pain to use. Might be ok for short term use for injury,but for me, its sadly just another one for my spare room pillow grave"

"Delivery through aust post took an extra week to deliver as they couldn’t reply to a lost item ended up just sitting at a depo waiting to be collected by aust post delivery team and took them over a week to reply to emails the product itself is great"
Expensive Disappointment.
"I have had the shoulder relief pillow for a few weeks now, and I cannot sleep on it. It is impossible to get comfortable, and when I do finally get to sleep, I wake again shortly thereafter. Furthermore, it seems to have put strain on my neck, which now requires the expense of treatment. Not worth the considerable amount of money I paid."
