"I went into the ResMed store in Moonee Ponds to purchase a spare Tubing Elbow, something I could not find on the ResMed website. The ResMed rep took it on as an adventure to find me the part. She was very helpful and although the part was not in stock, was able to have it shipped to my home. It arrived two days later. The effort extended to finding a non-essential spare part was the same as if I needed it for my CPAP to function that night. Most excellent customer service!"
