"Rating one star due to the terrible service recieved. I ordered these items as my old ones had broken, and it was an emergency. Not only was there no option to express ship, i was told I would be notified when it was shipped, but it never shipped. A MONTH later I called you guys myself and asked if there is any way you can get it to me as soon as possible, and within 2 days it had been express shipped and arrived at my door. As much as I appreciate the young girl who got everything sent out for me, I don't appreciate that these items are medical items, expensive, and specialist, yet I couldn't sleep over Christmas because nothing was able to be shipped despite being in stock. Maybe you could add an option to express ship items, or at least advise much more clearly that items can take a LONG time to dispatch. I will be sure to leave 12 weeks for transit the next time I order. Thanks"
