"it won't press down. when you try to press the head and get some soup, somehow it just doesn't allow you to press it down. I double-checked with the store staff, they confirmed that this is not an individual issue. It's quite common for this product. recommending to remove the cap to use the soap. If it has been a long term common issue, why don't you try to fix it, but just recommend the customer to work it around? Can someone in the product team have a look at it and get it fixed?"
