Hushd Avera Anti-Snoring Mouthpiece

The device includes one upper splint and two lower splints that work together to gently move your lower jaw forward, helping keep your airway open during sleep. To fit the mouthguard:

1. Soak the upper splint in hot water (around 90°C, but DO NOT boil) for 2 minutes. 
2. Carefully remove it from the water and immediately place it over your upper teeth. Bite down firmly for 1 minute to shape it to your teeth. 
3. Remove it and let it cool or place it in cold water to set the shape. 
4. Repeat this process with each lower splint, one at a time. 
5. At bedtime, wear the upper splint with the first lower splint (L1). If snoring continues, try the second lower splint (L2) for more jaw advancement.

Rinse your mouthguard daily with clean water and gently brush it using a soft-bristled brush. For a deeper clean, use the recommended cleaner (see instructions). Let it dry completely before storing it in the snap-shut case. Avoid harsh chemicals, alcohol-based mouthwash, or denture tablets to keep your device safe.
